ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Minimum Qualifications
High school or GED, with particular emphasis during high school in office skills, shop skills, or others, plus 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Tech II - High school or GED, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 4 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Tech III - High school or GED, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver's license and the ability to legally operate commercial motor vehicles under 26,000 pounds. Welding certification is required for qualification as a welder.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Shift work required while working in operations. Employee must qualify as either maintenance technician or junior operator under internal AECC qualification procedures.
