You will ensure inventory accuracy, resolve delivery issues, and implement process improvements. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and track eCommerce, Retail, and Wholesale orders from multiple distribution centres.
• Maintain and troubleshoot data flows between ERP systems to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Liaise with shipping carriers and 3PLs to resolve delivery or fulfillment issues.

• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Manage and track eCommerce, Retail, and Wholesale orders from multiple distribution centres
• Maintain and troubleshoot data flows between ERP systems to ensure inventory accuracy and system integrity
• Liaise with shipping carriers, 3PLs, and DC teams to resolve delivery or fulfillment issues
• Support cross-border shipments, customs documentation, and compliance for Canada and the U.S.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor inventory movement and performance metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline fulfillment and reduce errors
