About the Role

The Regional Operations Leader's main function is to ensure all aspects of the inspection services that Quest Integrity performs for its customers go smoothly, efficiently, and at the highest standards of quality. The senior operations leader in the region will be directly responsible for leading the operations team and indirectly leading across all other functions. This role works with the Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and improve revenue and EBITDA.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Technical Advisor (TA) with proposal generation, providing technical scope advice, crew and equipment availability.
  • Review pricing for profitability and support inspection preparation regarding crew, equipment, and customer interactions.
  • Deliver quarterly financials to plan, from revenue to EBITDA, in collaboration with sales.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts on operational performance and key metrics.
  • Manage inspection execution costs effectively.
  • Drive asset management, CAPEX, and regional performance improvements.
  • Liaise with customers and inspection crews during projects regarding performance and timing.
  • Involve the sales team when commercial considerations arise.
  • Update the Global Operations Manager on inspection projects and coordinate with other regional managers as needed.
  • Be available for guidance during emergency situations, ensuring quality and timeliness standards are maintained.
  • Maintain the Project Scheduler Application with support from the Regional CRM.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with at least 4 years of relevant experience in inline inspection and integrity management.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, during busy inspection periods.
