Your Role At Sephora

As Team Lead, Operations, you will support all operations-related aspects of a specific Sephora store. This includes direct management of the Operations team members. You will regularly assist in staffing, overseeing the overnight stock team, supporting the operations leadership team, and executing store operations.

• Operational Excellence: Lead store operations ensuring all processes are completed per company standards.
• Inventory Management: Manage shipping, receiving, returns, cycle counts, and ensure processes adhere to company guidelines.
• Visual Merchandising: Oversee merchandising concepts and on-stage visuals, ensuring standards are met. Manage cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching.
• Supply Management: Maintain appropriate budgets and quantities of supplies, testers, and samples.
• Performance Assessment & Development: Participate in managing performance, providing timely feedback and follow-up.
• Customer Focus: Act as Manager on Duty, engage with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
• Budget Strategies: Demonstrate understanding of sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

Qualifications

• You have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
