Job description

Your role at Sephora:

As Team Lead, Operations, you will support all aspects of operations at a specific Sephora store location. This includes managing the operations team and supporting areas such as staffing, overnight stock, and overall store execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Excellence: Lead store operations, ensuring all processes are completed according to company standards.
  2. Inventory Management: Oversee shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and ensure processes adhere to guidelines and timelines.
  3. Visual Merchandising: Manage merchandising concepts and visuals, and oversee cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  4. Supply Management: Maintain appropriate budgets and stock levels for supplies, testers, and samples.
  5. Performance Assessment & Development: Manage performance reviews and provide timely feedback to the operations team.
  6. Customer Engagement: Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff on the sales floor.
  7. Budget Strategies: Understand and manage sales performance, staffing, payroll, and expenses to develop budget strategies.
