The compensation ranges between CAD$22.40 - CAD$26.35. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.

Your role at Sephora:
  • As Team Lead, Operations: You will support all operations-related aspects of a specific Sephora store. This includes managing the Operations team, staffing, and supporting the overall execution of store operations.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead store operations ensuring all processes meet company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee shipping, receiving, returns, cycle counting, and ensure processes adhere to guidelines and timelines.
  • Visual Merchandising: Manage merchandising concepts and visuals, oversee cleaning crews, and ensure standards are maintained.
  • Supply Management: Maintain appropriate budgets and stock levels for supplies, testers, and samples.
  • Performance Assessment & Development: Manage performance situations, provide feedback, and support team development.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as Manager on Duty, engage with clients and team members on the sales floor.
  • Budget Strategies: Understand and manage store sales, staffing, payroll, and expenses to develop effective budget strategies.
