Your role at Sephora:
  • Team Lead, Operations: Support all operations-related aspects of the store, including managing the Operations team, staffing, and overall store execution.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead store operations ensuring processes are completed per company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee shipping, receiving, returns, cycle counting, and ensure processes follow guidelines.
  • Visual Merchandising: Manage merchandising and visuals, oversee cleaning crews, and ensure standards are met.
  • Supply Management: Maintain appropriate budgets and supplies for the store.
  • Performance Assessment & Development: Manage performance situations, provide feedback, and ensure follow-up.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as Manager on Duty, engage with clients and team members.
  • Budget Strategies: Understand sales performance, staffing, payroll, and control expenses.

The compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 and CAD$28.55. The final pay will depend on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate factors.
