Job summary

Linde Canada Inc. is seeking an Operations Finance Business Analyst to partner with operations across 22 Plant Managers in Mississauga. You will analyze operational and financial results, develop insights, and support cost management and capital decision-making.

You will lead budgeting and forecasting, review projects, and collaborate with plant teams to challenge assumptions. Reporting to the finance team, you will prepare monthly performance reports for senior leadership and drive continuous

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 3 years in manufacturing costing and financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Advanced Excel skills for budgeting, forecasting, reporting.

Responsibilities

Partner with 22 Plant Managers across 45 locations to explain costs, budgets, forecasts, and performance.
Own annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, managing operating budgets of roughly $48M-$52M and capital budgets of $15M-$24M.
Review capital projects, validate business cases, and ensure investments align with operational and financial objectives.
Prepare monthly financial reports for senior leadership and support month-end activities.
