The candidate will translate data into actionable insights, communicate financial concepts to operational audiences, and contribute to cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in FP&A or operations finance.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, distribution and operational environments.

Responsabilités

• Analyze operational metrics including productivity, labor efficiency, inventory management, capacity utilization and service levels.
• Provide financial insights to support improvements in productivity, service, cost, and profitability.
• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
• Translate complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders and drive business understanding.
• Support standard costing, cost allocation, and overhead analysis where applicable.
