Job summary

Sienna Senior Living in Markham, Ontario, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Operations Finance team. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting and analyzing financial data to support strategic decisions across our communities.

You will develop and refine financial models, collaborate with Operations leadership, and contribute to month-end close and annual budgets. The position is on-site at our Markham head office with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in full-cycle accounting or financial planning and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of financial models to support strategies.
• Provide timely, accurate business analysis for decision making with Operations leadership.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting and month-end close procedures.
• Analyze monthly results and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Assist with annual operating and capital budgets.
• Support integration of acquisitions and improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data.
