Job description

Hi, I'm Jérémy Dupeuble, Recruitment Consultant at Fed ManuTech. I'm currently recruiting for a newly created strategic role in a well-established agri-industrial company known for its innovation, performance, and strong people values.

Your Role

Reporting to senior management, you will play a central role in leading and optimizing all industrial operations across multiple sites in Québec. As a key operational leader, you'll support business growth while enhancing process efficiency.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Defining performance indicators and monitoring the profitability of the production sites.
  • Overseeing the full production cycle : supply chain, manufacturing, shipping, delivery, and after-sales service.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of raw material procurement.
  • Enforcing and improving health & safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance policies.
  • Identifying projects to optimize off-season activity and resource usage.
  • Acting as a company ambassador with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leading recruitment and onboarding efforts for plant teams in collaboration with HR.
  • Structuring internal and external services to identify and leverage operational synergies.

Your Profile

We're looking for a passionate, hands-on and pragmatic individual with strong leadership and operational management skills.

You stand out through :

  • A proven ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across departments (sales, finance, HR…).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ease in adapting to a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
  • Proficiency with business systems (ERP, production tools, etc.).
  • High level of autonomy and initiative.

Education & Experience :

  • Proven experience in operations management across multi-site businesses.
  • Agricultural background is an asset.
  • Bilingualism required (French and English).
