We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Delivery Helper to assist with the safe transportation and placement of building materials at customer job sites. The Helper will work alongside team members to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver materials to designated areas as directed, prioritizing safety for yourself and others.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, co-workers, and other trades on job sites.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through safe, efficient, and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain contact with dispatch to resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in preparing trucks for reloading and support warehouse staff as needed.
  • Report all accidents or injuries immediately.
  • Verify the security and accuracy of loads.
  • Represent the company positively with all employees and customers.
  • Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Basic Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license; a clean driver’s abstract is an asset.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic mathematics knowledge.
  • Basic hand tool skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Frequent climbing up and downstairs.
  • Pulling, pushing, bending, and twisting movements to transfer materials between truck and site.
