Job description

Job SummaryAs the Operations Coordinator, the team member is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in their day to day responsibilities.

Responsibilities Big lines of what youll do :

Includes, however not limited to :

  • Assisting with scheduling and project management efforts of the work booked with clients (worked produced in house and via service partners).
  • Upon projects being booked and a hand-over from Sales to the Operations Team being done, assisting with communication efforts between EverLine and Client Representatives.
  • In collaboration with the Operations Manger, scheduling the booked work with the crews.
  • Reviewing Scopes of Work created by the Sales Team to ensure their accuracy and that the information they contain is sufficient to take the project to the Operations / Production phase.

When appropriate, making changes to the Scopes of Work.

  • Reviewing reports submitted for the crews to ensure their accuracy, the timeliness of their submission, ensure projects were completed with high levels of quality, safely, and on budget.

SCRUM, FLHA, Operations Reports, End of Shift Reports, Hours of Work by the team members, Incident Reports, etc.

Qualifications What you need to bring :

  • Previous experience managing and overseeing the services that EverLine offers.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • A positive, helpful, constructive, and ready-to-work attitude.
  • You are a self-motivated, critical thinker who likes to problem-solve.
  • You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well independently and unsupervised.

  • Extensive experience completing EverLines core services efficiently, properly, and with high quality is considered an asset.
  • Extensive experience managing projects in services that EverLine does not regularly undertake is considered an asset.
  • Extensive experience leading, overseeing, and managing projects / crews is considered an asset.
