Overall Responsibilities:

Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and all production related information as well as collaborating with all functional areas to understand the upstream and downstream impacts. This role is vital to the coordination, timeliness and accuracy of system information.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements

Production, Posting and Consumption

• Review and validate production details in the system

• Ensure the accurate recording of materials used for production

• Receive Inter-Company P.O.s and ensure the accurate recording of Sales Orders

• Identify inconsistencies and assists with the correction of errors

• Prioritize and manage workflow of time sensitive information

• Create report as requested for management

Administration and Coordination

• Understand the upstream and downstream impacts of the data

• Collaborate with Warehouse, QA/QC, Procurement, Scheduling and Production to ensure accurate system information

• Brainstorm and develop solutions for system related processes

Master Data

• Ensure the integrity of the production data

• Troubleshoot missing inventory and other data gaps in the System

• Coordinate with all functional areas for the creation and maintenance of system data

• Support design and maintain of processes related to the maintenance of system data

Qualifications and Behavioral Requirements:

• 3+ Yeas in a production environment

• 3+ Years of ERP (preferably Deacom or any Tier 1 ERP)

• Strong Computing Skills (Microsoft Office)

• Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills

• Strong Problem-Solving Skills
