Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a warehouse associate to unload trailers, verify freight, and sort parcels in a fast-paced sorting facility in Northwestern Ontario. You will operate handheld devices to scan and route orders, build pallets, and ensure accurate, efficient handoff to delivery and linehaul teams.

Training will certify you for required tasks, with a focus on safety and accuracy. The role offers a flexible, shift-based schedule (minimum three days per week), supportive teamwork, and

We’re ready for you!Salary Range$20.35 - $22.18.Core Duties:Unload trailers and verify freight against manifestsUnload freight manually into manual and powered conveyorsUse power/ manual jacks to organize, receive shipments, and feed the sort lines. (Mandatory training, certify)Organize the sort setup as per the sort plan.Sort, scan, and handle parcels according to the sort plan.Operate technology and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.Place packages in designated areas for the delivery or Linehaul team. (Hub and Stations)Stage the sorted freight in the designated load out area as per the station layoutComplete related tasks assigned by supervisors.Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
