Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position requires someone truly dedicated to their role, their coworkers, and the overall success of the business. We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude who can support a wide variety of business functions behind the scenes.

Job Details:

This role supports administrative operations, finance, HR, technician job tracking, and internal communications. You’ll work closely with the office and service management teams to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth administrative processes
  2. Manage company resources (uniforms, supplies, equipment)
  3. Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed
  4. Process financial transactions, including cheques, invoices, and payroll
  5. Maintain accurate records for HR, billing, and other operational areas
  6. Assist with marketing efforts and online presence management
  7. Coordinate company events and team activities
  8. Track and update operational data and reports

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  2. Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
  3. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  4. Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and payroll/invoice systems
  5. Strong communication and customer service skills
  6. Experience in an administrative, coordination, or office support role
  7. Familiarity with Microsoft programs
  8. Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, or a service-based business is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
