The Operations Consultant works in partnership with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Service
  • Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
  • Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
Store Presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
  • Support in upholding SEPHORA's merchandising standards.
  • Participate in programs to reduce shortages and losses.
Merchandising and Operations
  • Receive and process shipments promptly.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards.
  • Manage transfers, damages, and testers in line with company policies.
  • Check visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Ensure safety and tidiness standards are upheld at all times.
  • Communicate inventory concerns to Supervisors or Store Management.
  • Follow sampling policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory control activities.
  • Cross-train designated consultants in cashier functions.
EXPECTED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-2 years of retail or client service experience, preferably in stockroom roles.
  • Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize client and business needs.
  • Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Physical Requirements:

  • Work in a fragrance-filled environment.
