As an Operations Clerk, you'll support clients through our Admin Portal, oversee daily order flow, and jump in wherever needed to help the business run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
·Support clients by troubleshooting issues with developers and logging technical tickets
·Manually complete orders when automation cannot
·Respond to inquiries via email, messaging platforms, and phone
·Represent client feedback in team discussions
·Assist with QA testing and onboarding activities
·Ensure compliance with all RegHub security and privacy policies
Required Qualifications:
·High School Diploma or GED
·Minimum 2 years of post-secondary education in business, finance, administration, or computer science
·Law Clerk Certificate (an asset)
Additional Assets:
·Bilingual (French/English)
·Familiarity with Canadian registries and asset-based financing
·Previous experience in registry services
Skills That Lead to Success:
·Strong customer service and communication skills
·Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-driven
·Understanding of the lease/lien/loan lifecycle in North America
·Knowledge of PPSA and corporate registries
·Tech-savvy: Experience with Google Drive, DocuSign, Slack, GoTo
·Familiarity with tools such as Postman, API mapping, and DevOps
Conditions of Employment:
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check
Work Environment & Schedule:
Fully remote position (occasional in-person meetings may be required based on location)
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST (40 hours/week)
Compensation:
Salary to be discussed based on experience and expertise.
