Are you ready to make an impact and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes? At Van-Kam Freightways, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Clerk to help us deliver freight safely and on time, while supporting our mission of top-notch service!

Core Responsibilities:

1. Managing the flow: Ensure inbound and outbound freight is handled quickly and efficiently.
2. Recordkeeping: Keep detailed and accurate documentation like bills of lading and delivery receipts.
3. Data entry & customer service: Handle phone calls, perform general clerk duties, and keep everything organized.
4. Teamwork: Work with various departments like logistics to keep things moving smoothly.

• Tech-savvy: You know your way around Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and can manage spreadsheets with ease.
