OVERVIEW
The Operations Associate is a key member of the store team, responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. They will work closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate and complete tasks, provide feedback, and support overall store operations.
Part-Time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with shifts of at least 4 hours. Full-Time associates have open availability between 32-40 hours, including during the holiday season and Blackout period from Thanksgiving to early January. All employees must be available during this peak period.
