Jerry.ai is seeking a Legal Operations lead to own core legal processes and scale them with AI and low-code tools across the US and Canada. You will tackle filings, audits, and regulatory reviews, ensuring enterprise-wide compliance while partnering with the Legal Counsel.

You will drive entity compliance, brand protection, consumer escalations, and product compliance, shaping efficient workflows and governance in a fast-paced startup environment.

Jerry operates across the US and Canada, and our legal team keeps all of it running: entity filings, IP protection, product reviews, consumer escalations, and audits. The team is small, so this role comes with real scope early. You’ll run core legal operations and rebuild them with AI and low-code tools, so a small team can do the work of a much larger one.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this job posting, determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation may include opportunities for equity grants.
