We’re looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves person to join our team and build a career as an Operations Associate II in Moncton, New Brunswick.

Description

Responsible for all duties necessary to support warehouse, delivery, and technical teams. The Operations Associate II is a key role to ensure the success of our operations within the location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers;
• Assist with warehouse duties such as receiving, unloading, picking, and loading;
• Service and maintain customer equipment;
• Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment;
• Assist with installing machines at customer locations;
• Provide assistance as needed to the operations team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred;
• 1 year in a similar role;
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record;
• Strong mechanical aptitude – previous electronic, plumbing, or electrical experience highly preferred.

Competencies

• Bilingualism in concerned provinces;
• Basic computer skills;
• Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer service skills;
• Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
