We’re seeking a proactive individual to join our team as an Operations Associate II in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

Description

Responsible for supporting warehouse, delivery, and technical teams. The Operations Associate II plays a key role in ensuring the success of our operations at the location.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver products to customers
  • Assist with warehouse duties including receiving, unloading, picking, and loading
  • Service and maintain customer equipment
  • Assist with installing machines at customer locations
  • Maintain high customer service levels while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Travel to and from customer locations; weekly overnight stays required, with company-provided accommodations
  • Provide assistance to the operations team as needed

This list is not exhaustive. Additional duties may be assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma preferred
  • 1 year in a similar role preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required

Competencies

  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
