We’re looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves person to join our team and build a career as an Operations Associate II in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

Description

Responsible for all duties necessary to support warehouse, delivery, and technical teams. The Operations Associate II is an important role to ensure the success of our operations within the location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers;
• Assist with warehouse duties; receiving, unloading, picking, and loading;
• Service and maintain customer equipment;
• Assist with installing machines at customer locations;
• Maintain a high level of customer service while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and customer-centric environment;
• Travel to and from customer locations;
• Travel required: Candidates should be comfortable with weekly overnight hotel stays as part of their routine schedule. This role typically requires one overnight stay per week, with hotel accommodations arranged by the company;
• Provide assistance as needed to the operations team.

Qualifications
