Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Regina, Saskatchewan is seeking an Operations Associate I to support warehouse, delivery and technical teams in a fast-paced environment. The role is essential to ensure smooth operations at the location and to help the team meet daily goals.

You will perform duties from loading and unloading to assisting with housekeeping, with opportunities to grow within the Coffee Operating Unit and contribute to a broad portfolio of beverage brands.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
  • Bilingualism in concerned provinces.
  • Basic computer skills to use standard software.

  • Replace vacation and absences in delivery and warehouse.

Operations Associate I

We’re looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves person to join our team and build a career as an Operations Associate I in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Responsible for all duties necessary to support warehouse, delivery and technical teams. The Operations Associate I is an important role to ensure our success of our operations within location.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver products to customers;
  • Assist with the warehouse duties; receiving, unloading, picking and loading;
  • Replace vacation and absences in delivery and warehouse department;
  • Perform other duties as assigned including housekeeping of common areas; packing, moving and setting up of cabinets, equipment, etc.;
  • Provide assistance as needed to the operations team.

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager.

Total Rewards

CAD $41,900.00 - $52,624.00 annually.

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Benefits, subject to eligibility: medical, dental, disability, life insurance, paid time off (including vacation and personal time), RRSP with company match, tuition reimbursement, employee and family assistance program, and coffee discount.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred (GED) preferred;
  • Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract.
COMPETENCIES
  • Bilingualism in concerned provinces;
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
