Job description

Our client, a large financial institution in Canada is looking to hire an Operations Associate for an initial 4-month contract position with a strong chance of extension.

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Undertaking many tasks within the project including reporting and administrative duties
• Processing life insurance transactions and quotas

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience working within the financial industry
• Bachelor Degree
• Experience with withdrawals, loans, transfers, etc.
• Prior work experience usingAWD, Enlighten and Mainframe systems (preferSI, PS Class and Capsule Systems)
• Work history at Manulife or background at other insurance companies is an asset
