Our client, one of the leaders in the Oil & Gas industry, is looking to hire a back office Operations Associate to join their team on a permanent basis.

Please note - this is a Hybrid role located in the Mississauga area, with the expectations of working in the office 3 days a week.

Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Daily customer enrollment activities including contract processing, enrollments, price changes, de-enrollment, billing, settlement and enrollment rejections with the utilities.
  • Effective handling of all customer data, including confidential account information, meter data, and billing information
  • Manage customer renewal process for all customers.
  • Regular reporting to management on enrollment activity utilizing Microsoft Office Excel
  • Detailed analyses, based on enrollment reporting, to support business direction and provide insight into trends, etc. of the customer base.
  • Participate in operations team troubleshooting of technology issues.
  • Maintain data integrity for operations
  • Several other duties as well


Must Have Experience/Skills

  • 2+ Years of Operations Experience (Back Office - Billing, Processing, Etc.)
  • Strong Computer Skills/Knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Etc.)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills and Knowledge (Data Analysis, Reporting, Etc)
