A leading financial services firm in Toronto is seeking an Operations Associate to ensure the accurate settlement of equity trades. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Dataphile, at least two years of operations experience, and strong communication skills. This role offers a hybrid work schedule and requires a proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our Stifel Canada Operations team. The Associate will be responsible for the accurate and timely settlement of equity trades, among other operational duties. This position requires strong communication skills, a client-service mindset, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The Associate will provide support to the Operations department and the Sales & Trading team to facilitate a smooth operation for the firm.

Note – This position is based at our Toronto office location and is currently a hybrid role (can change with notice). The current hybrid model involves 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. The schedule is 10am to 6pm. The role requires schedule flexibility to align with trading hours and operation demands.
