Overview

Job Summary: Join our MDTotco team as an Operations Assistant. In this role, you will support and coordinate with operations, service, and accounting, and address significant issues with the Regional Director. You will ensure compliance with all company and corporate policies, procedures, and programs requirements. Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and communication abilities to effectively work with both customers and teams.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Supports & coordinates with internal and external resources (operations, service, accounting) and brings significant problems encountered to the Regional Director.
  • Responsible to follow all applicable company and corporate policies, guiding principles, procedures and programs; including but not limited to the process map, support processes, health, safety and environmental requirements.
  • Verify and enter information into (the) databases and spreadsheets.
  • Generate and create extensive Excel reports as requested and to track equipment out on rent, revenue, inventories, year over year comparison
  • Interaction and support with customers and assist with basic Well data questions.
  • Oversee, coordinate and track EDR/Truck inventory and Drift, from tickets, databases and spreadsheets. Collate the information and update Management on a weekly basis.
  • Timesheet entry and primary contact for payroll questions. Time sheet entry involves checking and pointing out errors on the time sheets and bringing them to Management’s attention.
  • Review and evaluate service reports for completion. Enter information from reports into databases and spreadsheets.
  • Complete documents and submit for invoicing.
  • Other duties as required
Qualification Requirements (Minimum Education and Experience)
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Successful completion of post-secondary education - minimum two years.
  • Invoicing, Warehousing or manufacturing background an asset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Technical Requirements (software or program knowledge)
  • Database knowledge an asset
  • Microsoft Office & Outlook knowledge an asset
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge required
