We are proud to be recognized as a Great Place to Work and are accredited by the Better Business Bureau. We’re currently hiring a full-time Operations Assistant to help drive our marketing operations and support day-to-day marketing activities.

As a key member of the marketing team, the Operations Assistant will support the development, execution, and monitoring of our marketing activities, with a strong focus on digital marketing, brand communication, and campaign performance . The role is ideal for candidates with marketing experience who are comfortable managing multiple projects and working in a fast-paced, regulated financial services environment.

Job Duties :

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing and communication strategies, including advertising, social media, email marketing, and events;
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators, and assist in post-campaign reporting and analysis;
  • Maintain and update company social media accounts, websites, and digital platforms, respond to public inquiries and reviews as needed;
  • Prepare internal and external communications material such as brochures, newsletters, reports, press releases, and presentations;
  • Support the organization of client events, webinars, and workshops to promote company initiatives and enhance brand awareness;
  • Work with internal departments and external vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance with regulatory standards;
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team, including documentation management and project tracking;

Employment Requirement :

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration , or related field;
  • Minimum 1 year of direct related work experience in digital marketing;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design / editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an asset;
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid social media advertising;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin;
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies;
