Our client, is seeking an experienced, highly collaborative Senior Business Analyst (Login & Authentication Experience) to join their digital platform engineering group. In this strategic consulting role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Quality Engineering (QE), and Architecture teams to translate business and guest experience strategies into clear, actionable technical requirements for the Login Experience team. You will be responsible for driving requirement clarity, facilitating alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, and identifying system dependencies across critical digital capabilities including end-to-end authentication flows, session management lifecycles, passwordless login experiences, and identity platform integrations. Working within an Agile delivery model, you will author delivery-ready user stories, map system process flows, and ensure seamless digital guest experiences across web and mobile platforms.
CA$55,000.00–CA$80,000.00 yearly
Duration: 6-Month Contract (with high potential for extension)
