As an Operations Analyst, you will be :

  • Supporting activities required to set up and run MT>

Alignments include, but are not limited to: interfacing with various IT systems for setting up new contractors; working closely with internal and external vendors (IT, Time Entry, Contractor Management, Document Management, etc.) to ensure solutions meet MT> needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing Time Entry and Contractor Management solutions;
  • Tracking program progress by monitoring Client Connect (Salesforce);

Coordinating the intake process of new contractors for MT>:

  • Organizing conversations with new contractors; managing acceptance/rejection processes; running approval and reference checks; updating database with new contractor info; onboarding new contractors (creating agreements, email addresses, system access, training, invoicing, etc.);

Coordinating processes for setting up new engagements:

  • Updating databases; creating and storing agreements (MEF, CAA, etc.);

Analyzing MT>:

  • Extracting profile data for client proposals; maintaining trackers and fact tables; creating dashboards, models, and forecasts to project financial and operational outcomes.

Reporting on key performance indicators:

  • Exporting, cleaning, and modeling raw data; creating dashboards and reports; presenting insights in team meetings.

Assist with implementing new technologies to improve operational efficiency and maintain contact with MT> community members.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing billing data; creating dashboards and reports; analyzing marketing data; tracking industry trends and webpage performance.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or related field;
  • 3-5 years supporting senior management;
  • Experience in project management and change initiatives;
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerBI;
  • Ability to read financial reports; quick learner of new technologies;
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills;
  • High discretion and confidentiality;
  • Innovative, proactive, strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset;
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
