Job summary

Infotek Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst III focused on process improvement and transformation to support a major initiative.

The role combines hands-on process analysis, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and technology-enabled improvements. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in Finance or Treasury Operations, process re-engineering expertise, and strong SQL and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Finance/Treasury Operations, process optimization, or management consulting.
• Strong experience in process re-engineering, business transformation, or operational improvement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional process reviews and develop actionable recommendations.
• Experience with Finance and/or Treasury processes; payments processing is strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and consulting skills.

• Comfortable working with systems, data flows, automation opportunities, and technology teams.
• Proficiency with SQL and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze current-state operational processes, workflows, risks, and controls.
• Document current- and future-state processes, gaps, findings, and recommendations.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop action plans, track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and proactively identify blockers or delays.
• Define and track benefits such as efficiency gains, risk reduction, and improved throughput.
• Prepare clear reporting, insights, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration across business, Finance/Treasury, and IT teams.
• Support process improvement, automation, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation to support governance, compliance, and reporting requirements.

About the Role
