Operations Analyst

Pay from $70,000 to $100,000 per year

Are you skilled in research, reporting and analysis? Then you belong at Uline! Join us as an Operations Analyst to support our growth as North America’s top distributor of shipping, packaging and industrial supplies!

Position Responsibilities

  1. Research and evaluate information to create clear and concise executive summary memos, diagrams and presentations.
  2. Translate data findings from reports into actionable recommendations.
  3. Analyze branch operations, including performance and productivity data, error rates and root causes.
  4. Identify trends, document findings and present insight / continuous improvement recommendations to management.
  5. Collaborate with business units to gain in-depth understanding of processes, challenges and strategies to explain issues and recommend solutions.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. Highly adept in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
  3. SQL, PowerBI, VBA and prior auditing experience.
