Job summary

Dialogue is seeking an Operations Advisor in Canada to support our Primary Care Program by driving growth and improving member and provider experience through data-driven initiatives.

Based in Montreal or Toronto, this role offers a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the office, and opportunities to lead cross-functional projects, influence strategic decisions, and drive operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an operational, strategy or consulting role.
• Experience in healthcare startup environment is an asset.
• Strong project and operational management capabilities.
• Experience with data analysis, business case creation and costing analysis.
• Interest in people management and cross-functional leadership.
• Clear strategic thinking and proactive problem solving at operational level.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, able to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• In-office presence required at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support priority strategic initiatives with analysis, synthesis, and execution support.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and experience.
• Provide financial/operational/data analyses to support strategy and evaluation.
• Advise on development and prioritization of new processes across Medical Programs.
• Manage cross-functional relationships and monitor Primary Care responses.
• Become a subject-matter expert for Medical Operations.
