The Role

We are currently searching for an Operations Administrator reporting to the Manager, Warehouse Operations. This is a full-time, 12-month contract opportunity. Candidates will primarily work dayshift and afternoon shift, but must be available for nights and weekends as well. The Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily operations and administrative tasks that support the overall logistics efficiency. This position ensures smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners by delivering responsive customer service and SAP troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

Location

Onsite at the Bolton Distribution Centre.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Daily reporting and ongoing verification/compilation of paperwork
  • Support operations working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Providing customer service forinternal and external customers or third-party carriers
  • Provide customer service and SAP systems trouble shooting
  • Building load manifests
  • Performing other related duties and projects as assigned
Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
  • Preferable experience with SAP, and/or similar ERPsystems experience using business process management software
  • Experience working within a dispatch or warehouse environment would be preferable
Skills
  • Exceptional data-entry speed and accuracy
  • Proven ability to produce accurate, efficient and timely documentation
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
