Job Description: Operations Administrator

Responsible for performing clerical and administrative functions across hub and station operational areas, including linehaul, records management, quality assurance, and customer service. Addresses damaged and incorrectly addressed packages promptly to optimize delivery times. Acts as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least two (2) years of customer service, clerical, or related experience; experience in dock operations or distribution centers preferred
  • Proficiency in typing, data entry, and review; use of phones, copiers, and fax machines
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Strong customer service skills to respond professionally and effectively to requests
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications

Shift: Monday – Friday, 1500 – 2000
