A leading company is seeking an Operations Administrator to manage clerical and administrative tasks across various operational areas. The role requires strong customer service skills and proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have at least two years of relevant experience.
Responsible for performing clerical and administrative functions across hub and station operational areas, including linehaul, records management, quality assurance, and customer service. Addresses damaged and incorrectly addressed packages promptly to optimize delivery times. Acts as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 1500 – 2000
