Qualifications

Job description

Responsible for performing clerical and administrative functions across hub and station operational areas, including linehaul, records management, quality assurance, and customer service. Tends to damaged and incorrectly addressed packages promptly to optimize delivery times. Serves as the first point of contact for customer issues.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Two (2) years of customer service, clerical, or related experience required; experience in dock operations or distribution center preferred
  • General business skills such as typing, data entry, review, and use of phone, copier, and fax
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Strong customer service skills to professionally respond to requests
  • Effective time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills to handle a fast-paced environment, maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy

Additional Notes

This job description is not exhaustive. Incumbents are expected to perform all duties as assigned, meet minimum testing and training requirements, operate in a PC Windows environment, and maintain necessary certifications.
