BDL is seeking an Operations Administrator at the Calgary Distribution Centre for a full-time, 12-month contract. The role supports daily operations, reporting, and logistics tasks with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

The position runs Monday to Friday from 2pm to 10pm, with flexibility for other shifts as needed. A high school diploma and experience with SAP/ERP systems are preferred, along with strong MS Office skills and teamwork.

  • Daily reporting and verification/compilation of paperwork.
  • Support operations in a fast-paced environment.

  • Investigate and complete customer credit requests.
  • Build load manifests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

BDL is a private joint venture company owned by Labatt Breweries of Canada and Molson Coors Breweries that provides wholesale distribution of beer and the collection of returnable, refillable and recyclable beer containers within the four Western Canadian Provinces, Northwest Territories and the Yukon. The Role

We are currently searching for an Operations Administrator, reporting to the Assistant Manager, Operations. This is a full-time, 12-month contract opportunity. The anticipated schedule is Monday to Friday from 2pm to 10pm, however, candidates must be available for all shifts as needed. The Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily operations and administrative tasks that support the overall logistics efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Daily reporting and ongoing verification/compilation of paperwork
  • Support operations working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Effective communication and customer service skills as this position requires direct contact with internal and external customers or third-party carriers
  • Scheduling inbound and outbound load appointments with flexibility
  • Investigatingand completingcustomer credit requests
  • Building load manifests
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
  • Preferable experience with SAP, and/or similar ERPsystems experience using business process management software
  • Experience working within a dispatch or warehouse environment would be preferable
    Skills
    • Exceptional data-entry speed and accuracy
    • Proven ability to produce accurate, efficient and timely documentation
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

    Compensation
