What will you do in this job?
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and maintenance team, ensuring all operational activities are organized and efficient
- Oversee the maintenance and execution of all Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) operations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including job details, service reports, and equipment usage; prepare and file reports as needed
- Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules, ensuring all work orders are assigned and completed on time; liaise with clients to confirm requirements and timelines
- Collaborate with Operations Assistant Managers on staffing, training, development, and scheduling
- Assist in procurement of materials, tools, and supplies; coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery
- Help track expenses and manage budgets related to maintenance projects; assist with purchase orders, invoice remittance, and month-end reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations; monitor and report on safety standards
- Act as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams; address inquiries and resolve issues
- Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide excellent guest service, resolving complaints to their satisfaction
- Maintain professional relationships with all Pursuit employees
- Adhere to all corporate policies
