What will you do in this job?

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and maintenance team, ensuring all operational activities are organized and efficient
  • Oversee the maintenance and execution of all Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) operations
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including job details, service reports, and equipment usage; prepare and file reports as needed
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules, ensuring all work orders are assigned and completed on time; liaise with clients to confirm requirements and timelines
  • Collaborate with Operations Assistant Managers on staffing, training, development, and scheduling
  • Assist in procurement of materials, tools, and supplies; coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery
  • Help track expenses and manage budgets related to maintenance projects; assist with purchase orders, invoice remittance, and month-end reporting
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations; monitor and report on safety standards
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams; address inquiries and resolve issues
  • Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Provide excellent guest service, resolving complaints to their satisfaction
  • Maintain professional relationships with all Pursuit employees
  • Adhere to all corporate policies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general office equipment
  • Ability to work within policies and guidelines; demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Quick, thoughtful judgment; calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of CMMS is an asset
  • First Aid Training and Driver’s license are assets
  • Consent to a criminal record check as part of our honesty policy
