Our client, a reputable organization in the services industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support day-to-day branch operations. Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including responding to inquiries and redirecting communications appropriately.
  • Track and process field staff hours and payroll-related documentation with accuracy and attention to deadlines.
  • Manage project documentation throughout its lifecyclefrom opening and updating files to closing and archiving.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and ensure equipment needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of HR-related activities, assist in safety compliance, and support adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Handle data entry and organize both physical and digital files effectively.
  • Track equipment rentals and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate and follow up on required inspections and certifications.
  • Support job site preparations by providing necessary documentation and forms.
  • Maintain communication with other departments and head office teams to ensure alignment and timely updates.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced or operations-focused setting.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Collaborative and solution-focused approach, with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable navigating change and shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently while staying aligned with broader team goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with enterprise software such as Oracle is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel within the local region, as required, to support operational needs.
  • Experience in a service-based industry (e.g., maintenance, trades, or field operations) is a strong asset.
