Job description

Supports the branch and/or region in achieving business objectives by providing effective operational support and managing sales compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage client documentation for correspondence and setup.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
  3. Supervise daily operational activities and coordinate work flow of less-experienced staff.
  4. Organize and file records of office activities and transactions, maintaining a filing system for reports, forms, and documentation.
  5. Create, maintain, and update information in databases.
  6. Assist with coordinating work orders for equipment warranties, maintenance, and repairs, tracking and communicating requests.
  7. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  8. Schedule meetings and coordinate facilities and setup.
  9. Coordinate with partners on premises changes with minimal business disruption.
  10. Identify and escalate irregularities and discrepancies to management.
  11. Perform operational activities to meet business and client needs while maintaining service levels.
  12. Provide administrative and operational support, including financial processing, reporting, compliance, and documentation.
  13. Ensure high-quality service standards to maximize relationship retention and growth.
  14. Follow risk and compliance policies to safeguard assets, protect privacy, and ensure effective operations.
  15. Complete diverse tasks within established rules and limits.
  16. Analyze issues, determine next steps, and escalate as needed.
  17. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Basic specialized knowledge.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary:

$32,400.00 - $48,300.00

Pay Type:

Salaried

The salary range and type are representative of BMO Financial Group. Salaries vary based on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications, and may include commissions. Part-time salaries are prorated. The listed salary is the expected target for the first year for commission roles. Total compensation may include incentives, bonuses, benefits, and perks.
