As an Operations / Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting daily freight operations, collaborating with carriers and clients, and ensuring efficient and cost-effective logistics services. What you will be doing:

1. Respond to RFQs and provide shipment quotes
2. Source pricing, lane availability, and capacity from carrier networks
3. Coordinate and dispatch freight orders
4. Maximize margin opportunities through strategic planning
5. Execute general office and logistics administrative tasks
6. Cultivate strong relationships with carrier and customer networks

What you must have:

1. At least 2 years of experience in freight brokerage pricing and operations
2. Strong knowledge of equipment types, lanes, and freight rating
3. Effective communicator—both verbal and written (email)
4. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
5. Thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
6. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
7. Background in transportation or logistics is essential

Salary/Rate Range: $65,000 – $75,000 per year + commission
