Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees, ensuring they acquire the skills and knowledge required for their roles.
  2. Support Employees: Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees, helping them apply new skills and knowledge in their daily tasks.
  3. Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and assessments, making necessary adjustments to improve training quality.
  4. Coordinate Training Logistics: Manage the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and technology requirements.
  5. Identify Skill Gaps: Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs within the designated group of employees.
  6. Foster Continuous Learning: Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement among employees.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience in training and development, preferably in an operational environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Other Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus but not required.
