A leading company in financial services is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to manage Third-Party Risk Management reporting. This role involves oversight of data quality and collaboration across business lines to enhance risk management techniques. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in GRC tools and data analysis to ensure compliance and efficiency in risk workflows.

ABOUT THE JOB:
The aim of Global Banking Technology & Operations (GBTO) Canada is to deliver day-to-day services to Société Générale investment and corporate bank units and their clients to accelerate their transformation. The Third-Risk Management Department contributes to the sustainable growth of the Societe Generale group through its expertise, understanding of risks, and risk management techniques. The department’s mission is to independently analyse, challenge and monitor risk-taking activities associated to third-party service providers to the bank. The Third-Party Management (TPM) Program focuses on the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) lifecycle which includes planning, due diligence, contract management, ongoing monitoring, and termination of third-party relationships.
As a business intelligence analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of TPRM reporting needs, focusing on quality reporting and finding solutions to address data and other deficiencies. You will serve as the expert for the Archer TPRM Module residing in the Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) tool. Collaboration with IT, both locally and globally, will be essential to meet the department’s objectives and goals. In your role as a quality analyst, you will interact with Business Lines, Support Functions, and Subject Matter Experts to support all related functionality, such as entity profiles, assessments, issue management, exit strategy, and ongoing monitoring of third-party services.

Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
