We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operational Risk & Control Specialist to join our Risk and Control Governance team!
In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the execution of our business unit's Risk Management Framework, ensuring our operations are safeguarded against potential risks.
You will play a key role in supporting the review of internal and external operational risk incidents, acting as a vital liaison on behalf of the business. Your expertise will help ensure that our team understands its risks and implements robust standards, controls, and practices to mitigate them effectively. This will support the achievement of our strategic objectives and drive organizational success.

Referenced Salary Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Salary Range: CAD $64,575 - $107,625 (dependent on location and experience). For roles outside primary locations, contact recruitment@manulife.com for salary details. Employees are eligible for incentive programs based on performance.
