Reporting to the Manager, Operational Risk, the Operational Risk Analyst supports the first line of defense within the COO organization by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and managing operational risks across the Bank's products, services, business processes, systems, third-party relationships, and client channels. As the Bank expands its offerings and delivery channels, the role supports the execution of the Operational Risk Management Framework through risk assessments, issue management, incident reporting, remediation tracking, and management reporting. The role works closely with COO business stakeholders to strengthen controls, identify process gaps, support business initiatives, and promote effective risk management practices while helping ensure alignment with applicable regulatory, policy, and governance requirements.
