Fidelity Canada is seeking an Operational Resiliency Specialist to support business continuity, resilience capabilities, and crisis exercises. This role partners with Business Resiliency, Technology Resiliency, Cyber, and Risk to ensure aligned recovery strategies.
You will work across business units to identify critical services, map processes, and develop runbooks, testing plans, and governance documentation, with a focus on continuous improvement and regulatory alignment.

You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.
The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Business Overview
The Operational Resiliency Specialist supports the development and execution of Fidelity Canada’s business continuity and operational resilience capabilities. This role works closely with business units to identify critical services, map key processes, and develop resiliency & continuity plans to ensure the organization can respond effectively to disruptions.
The role focuses on supporting runbook development, identify dependencies, business impact analysis (BIA), continuity planning, and operational readiness, while supporting crisis exercises and resilience initiatives. It partners with Business Resiliency leadership, Technology Resiliency, Cyber, and Risk teams to ensure alignment between business needs and recovery capabilities.
