We own and operate multiple restaurant brands across Ontario, including our flagshipBreakfast and Brunch Concept. As we continue to expand, we’re building a strong, passionate head office team to support our growth—and we’re looking for a motivated, hands-onOperational Regional Managerto join us.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

•Supervise daily operations across all restaurant locations to ensure adherence to brand standards, procedures, and policies.

•Conduct regular site visits and evaluations to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

•Identify and resolve performance or operational issues proactively.

Franchisee Support & Relationship Management:

•Act as the main liaison and support system for all franchisees and restaurant operators.

•Provide guidance, problem-solving, and operational consulting to franchisees to ensure consistent success and satisfaction.

New Store Openings:

•Assist in all phases of new restaurant openings, from pre-opening setup to post-opening support.

•Guide franchisees and operators through the opening process, including staff training, system setup, and operational onboarding.

Training & Standards Enforcement:

•Collaborate with the TDI (Training and Development & Inspections) team to ensure that all inspections are completed and that corrective actions are addressed promptly.

•Ensure all operational staff follow updated procedures, manuals, and company policies.

Team Management:

•Oversee and manage Regional Managers assigned to various locations.

•Provide leadership, direction, and performance evaluations for the operations team.

Policy Implementation:

•Enforce new operational policies and procedures introduced by the company.

•Ensure timely rollout and consistent application of all company initiatives and improvements.

Qualifications:

•Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management, preferably in a multi-unit or franchise environment.

•Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

•Proven ability to manage teams and influence performance across various stakeholders.

•Experience in opening new restaurant locations and scaling operations.

•Solid understanding of restaurant compliance standards, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence.

Preferred Skills:

•Familiarity with franchise operations and procedures.

•Strong project management and organizational abilities.

•Comfortable with travel between locations as required.

•Experience with training systems and operations audit processes.
