Array Marketing is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to join our Scarborough team, helping strengthen S&OP, governance of KPI data, and the data infrastructure that enables better decision-making across manufacturing and supply chain.
You will lead data integrity efforts, partner with Commercial, Planning and Operations, and explore AI and ERP opportunities to drive efficiency. This full-time role offers onsite work four days a week with flexibility as you settle in.
For over 40 years, Array Marketing has been a global leader in retail displays and in-store merchandising solutions. With more than 1,800 employees worldwide, we partner with leading brands including Sephora, L'Oréal, Coty, PUIG, Amazon, and many others to design, engineer, manufacture, and deliver bespoke retail environments that bring their brands to life.

Reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager, we are hiring an Operational Excellence Specialist to join our growing Operational Excellence team. As our new Operational Excellence Specialist, you will work across manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to strengthen how we use data, processes, and technology to improve operational performance. You will take ownership of KPI governance and data integrity, support and strengthen S&OP processes, and help build the data infrastructure needed to create greater visibility and accountability across the business. As the function evolves, you will move beyond reporting to identify root causes, improve processes, and explore opportunities to use automation, AI, and ERP capabilities to make the way we work more efficient and effective.
This is a newly created, full-time role based in our Scarborough office. You will initially work onsite four days per week, with flexibility to move to three days onsite as you become established in the role.
Build and influence. You will join a newly built Operational Excellence team at a point where processes, systems, and ways of working are still taking shape. Rather than inheriting a finished playbook, you will have the opportunity to help build KPI frameworks and data infrastructure, strengthen S&OP processes, and introduce new approaches that improve how operational decisions are made across the business.
Technology and transformation. You will be part of Array’s continued investment in improving how data and technology support manufacturing and operations. You will gain hands‑on exposure to automation and AI initiatives, BI and dashboard development, and ERP enablement, with opportunities to contribute to projects such as the Epicor rollout and identify practical ways technology can improve processes and performance.
Career growth. This role offers the opportunity to build broad operational expertise rather than stay focused solely on reporting or analytics. As you deepen your understanding of the business, you can grow into greater ownership of root cause analysis, process improvement, ERP implementation, BI and dashboarding, quality systems, project management, or broader operations leadership.
